Shipping

  • Worldwide shipping (as long as UPS or PostNord can ship there) is complimentary and free of charge.

  • If customer wants to see painting live, it is possible to arrange visit, simply email to contact@annasuns.com  

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks to ship the painting. It will worth the wait! :)

  • All items are sent via PostNord or UPS with tracking number

  • Seller is not responsible for any delays during shipping process, customs or other

  • Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply

  • If the painting was damaged during the shipping, please email to contact@annasuns.com with photos of the damage. Customer is responsible for shipment back to me to repair the painting. If painting cannot be repaired, I'll create a very similar one for no cost.

Return policy and refunds

  • You may request a return of the product within 14 days after receiving it. To request a return, email to contact@annasuns.com

  • Customer is responsible for the shipping fee back to the Sender
