"Red pill" original painting 80x80cm

Red Pill is a description for a process by which a persons perspective is dramatically transformed and shifted, introducing them to a new understanding of the true nature of reality or particular situation. It’s a big aha moment, a shock, sometimes a despair, but certainly it signifies the revelation of the truth that has been hidden, but now revealed and become conscious of. 
Just like in a movie Matrix when Neo chooses a “red pill” and being transformed by his new way of seeing things, this painting captures my own deep insights and spiritual revelations, new depths and perspective about the nature of things. It is both beautiful and disturbing, as we tend to attach and identify with the way we perceive.
